STAT598H: Programming for Computational Statistics

This lab course will cover basics of Linux/Unix operating system, C programming and R programming skills required in STAT 598G. Students must also register for STAT 59800 CRN 29289 (STAT 598G).

• I'm not a guru in UNIX/C/R, so sometimes students may find out instructor doing something in a very stupid way. Please let me know if there is better way of handling the problem (via e-mail or at the beginning/end of the class), and I'll share it on the course webpage or the class next week (depending on how useful it is)
